| The « Moulin de Félix » gîte is situated
in an area near the village of Robion, facing the Luberon mountain, in
a typical Provence « mas» on a property of one and a half hectares, in
peaceful and green surroundings.
It faces south and is in a wing of the house, occupying 88 square metres.It consists of :
On the ground floor
- a living room with a double bed settee,T.V
- a kitchen area fitted with sink, fridge, cooking hob, extracting fan, small oven,microwave oven,and some cupboards
- a bathroom of approx.12 square metres with bath, wash basin,bidet, wc, cupboards and washing machine
Upstairs
- a bedroom of approx. 12 square metres with a double bed and a wardrobe

a bedroom of approx. 24 square metres with a double bed, a chest of
drawers, a built-in cupboard, a separate toilet and possibility to
sleep one extra person
Both bedrooms have access to a veranda of approx.
15 square metres furnished as reading room,with a bay window overlooking the Luberon
Outside
- a 24 square metres terrasse with garden furniture, barbecue, etc…

a 11x5.5m swimming pool,protected, facing south,in front of the house,
will be shared with the owners (between 9 a.m and 9 p.m). Deck chairs
on paved surrounds
- the garden south of the gîte can also be enjoyed (hammocks, garden furniture)
- entrance to the gîte is separate
- access to the property is protected by automatic gates ( a remote control is provided during the stay)
| | The Moulin de Félix is in the plain of the Calavon at the foot of the Luberon.
A
10 minutes drive takes you to GORDES and its historical shepperd’s
stone houses ( LES BORIES),to LA FONTAINE DE VAUCLUSE , to L’ISLE SUR
SORGUE renouned for its antique dealers, to ROUSSILLON and its ocre
scenary, to COUSTELLET and its traditional market,and to all the
typical hill-top villages such as BONNIEUX, MENERBES, OPPEDE LE VIEUX,
and LACOSTE.
CAVAILLON, the nearest town, with its lively
pedestrian area, its many shops, two supermarkets,offers a lively
market every Monday morning; other markets in the area include APT,
famous for its terracotta pottery.
AVIGNON, 30 minutes away, is
a city rich in activities including its July festival and many artistic
and cultural shows and exhibitions during the summer. The Palace of the
Popes amongst others monuments must be visited.
Also, 30 minutes
away to the West, are the ALPILLES mountain, SAINT REMY DE PROVENCE,
GLANUM , LES ANTIQUES, les BAUX DE PROVENCE and less than an hour away
are ARLES and the CAMARGUE.
MARSEILLE and the Mediterranean sea can be reached by the motorway within an hour.

Leave the A 7 motorway atCAVAILLON
Drive
through CAVAILLON and under the railway bridge take the direction
of"AVIGNON-CARPENTRAS, then "CLINIQUE SAINT ROCH", on the D15 road
At
the traffic lights, go straight on and continue on the D15 road for
about 4,5 km until the roundabout planted with tall cypresses. Go
straight on
Roughly 800m further on, a crossroad on the left to
the Camping des Cerisiers (Route de Lagnes).Go straight on, an after
this crossroad, drive pass two old farmhouses on the right handside of
the road
The Moulin de Félix is 100 m after the second farmhouse on the right, just before a bridge over a canal
Big iron gates, olive trees below the road, with a cypress-lined lane leading to the house.

50% deposit to be paid when booking, clear of any banking transfer taxes . Final payment expected on arrival.

pillow cases and towels are not provided,but hiring can be arranged

LENGTH OF STAY
The gîte is let on a weekly basis minimum.
Arrival is expected on a Saturday afternoon at 4p.m and departure on a Saturday morning at 9a.m
If the gîte is not weekly booked,short stays or week-end possible :
Low season:100€/1night Middle Season:150€/1night
Week-end:180€/2nights Low season - 250€/2nights Middle season
The gîte should be left in the same clean state and without any damages.
House cleaning can be arranged but must be paid for 60 € .
